Address Search and SQ APIs released

As we continue down the path of digitisation at Telstra Wholesale, our investment in developing the important functionality of APIs continues also. We have now added to our API library, including Address Search and nbn Service Qualification functionality.

ADDRESS SEARCH

• Search and retrieve address details from the Telstra address database,
• Search for addresses via inputs of a structured address format or unstructured AU Post format, along with details of sub-addresses based on the inputs you provide,
• Retrieve further address details and all the related sub addresses by searching on the Telstra Address ID.
   

SERVICE QUALIFICATION (SQ)

• Returns details of nbn services available (calling and internet),

• Additional attributes for theoretical copper speeds are returned (additional to current LOLIG functionality)
• Improved availability time as the API is not subject to LOLO/IG outages

Future enhancements to this API will return other available service types including PSTN and DSL.
