CoS/QoS test and documentation has been enhanced to include VLAN / EVCID. This test displays QoS Queue information in Provider Edge Router along with any rate limiters or bandwidth settings found for service. It allows you to monitor Ingress Bandwidth rolling counters and display discarded traffic due to ingress policing.
Order API now supports ordering of Managed Lease Line (MLL) point-to-aggregate services, with customers able to submit the order partially through Patch endpoints.
Enhancements to the prospect to order journey via the Order API now enables provisioning of MLL Pt-Agg services directly into the IDEAL platform. This will reduce the manual overhead for clean ticket of work processing and the order provisioning turnaround from 5 days to approximately 30 minutes.
Attachment API is designed to store, retrieve, update and delete attachments. It now supports the upload of clean ticket of work artefacts for Order API submission including CTOW, NBN POI (Point of Interconnect), Site Plan, Photos, Other etc.
Customers can now quote for 4 and 5 year contract terms on their Ethernet Access (EA) and Managed Leased Lines - Ethernet (MLL-E) services.
Customers can quote an EA aggregated head 1GE single access service via Quote SEP or can now initiate a Finalised Feasibility study where greater than 1GE or redundant / geo-redundant service is required to obtain the SLC, CW and FFS charges. Quoting of these services is done by onboarding the latest features product id’s: 103: Ethernet Access - New Aggregated Head, 110: A-End and where geo-redundant is applicable, 150: A-End Backup to their Quote API request.
Ticket Management API has been expanded to allow you to log Online Support Enquiries, Billing Enquiries, Data order & delivery Enquiries, Mobile Enquiries and Complaints.

We’ve extended our Diagnostics API further to include a new NBN package test made up of both NBN & Telstra stand-alone tests. This will provide a summary of the health of the service and will determine service faults based on error hierarchy. This allows wholesale customers to run a single test that combines several connectivity, drop, and speed tests to determine the next best action. Even though one diagnostic result and message will be provided i.e. a pass or fail, consumers are able to view the entire payload which details the results for every test carried out.
Introducing Number Portability API
The Number Portability API allows you to check the portability against the local phone number (FNN) for fixed line voice services. With an existing local phone number and address, the API responses with the outcome of the queried local phone number and the local number assigned to address is eligible for port-in to Telstra network.
The Number Portability API is a web service based on JSON/REST protocols.
