Status 401 Error

I have a business account set up for the messaging API and when trying to provision a number with the production keys i get the following response:

                        "status":"401",
                                "code":"TECH-ERR",
                                "message":"Technical error : Invalid API call as no apiproduct match found : An error has occurred while processing your request, please refer to API Docs for summary on the issue"
                          }

 

I know my code works because it worked fine with the free trial API keys, so can someone please advise how to rectify this problem?

Status 401 Error

Hi Alexander,

This error could be because you are trying to provision number using endpoints of older version.

Can you please ensure you are using the Messaging API v3 version when provisioning a number.  Please check the documentation available in https://dev.telstra.com/docs/messaging-api/tutorialsMenuItem/GetVirtualNumber to understand how to provision a number using v3.
