We have setup our subscription to use notify_url but not all incoming MMS are logging on the notify_url address we've set.
Sometimes when MMS is received it will trigger the notify_url thrice. So it's either not posting or posting it more than once. This only happens when we receive MMS, receiving SMS only posting it once.
What do we need to do to make sure all inbound SMS/MMS are triggering the webhook so we can capture all the data? If it fails to trigger the webhook (notify_url) does it store somewhere else that we can access to capture the data?
Hi Mike,
You have done the right thing by setting the notify URL during subscription. Could you please email telstradev@team.telstra.com with your company details and messageId for MMS for which you are not able to retrieve MMS and where it is posting more than once?
I will check with our engineering team what is happening in the backend to provide you a comprehensive answer in my next update here.
Regards
Vinodh
I've sent the email already.
