Messaging API is experience outage due to an issue with our backend servers. we are investigating this issue on top priority. We shall provide update once we resolve the issue.
Our engineering team have worked on this issue over night and have deployed fixes to mitigate this issue. Messaging API and event detection API are back to normal healthy state since 6.30AM Melbourne time.
