Error 400: Your message has not been sent due to suspected malicious use of the service.

We have recently been getting an influx of developes getting the following error:

{

    "status"400,

    "message""Your message has not been sent due to suspected malicious use of the service. If you believe this is in error or have any questions please contact the TelstraDev team."

}

You will only receive that malicious service error if

  1. Your message body contains suspicious content
  2. Your message body contains a notifyURL that is not HTTPS (i.e is http only)
  3. You are using your free trial keys, not your paid keys.

While we work to allow http: only NotifyURLs, kindly try creating a subscription WITHOUT a http: NotifyURL and confirm you no longer receive the error.

We apologise for this temporary inconvenience.
