We noticed earlier in the day that the home page of dev.telstra.com is not loading / rendering correctly if you are visiting the site for the first time or when using private/incognito or after clearing local cache.
We are investigating this issue on priority. We will update this forum post once we resolve the issue.

This issue has been resolved by improving the request handling rules in our servers. If you are facing issues with accessing our portal, please email telstradev@team.telstra.com
