We've built a product that allows our customers to see who's contacting them by looking at the inbound caller ID and then matching any customer records with the same details. A lot of our customers are on Telstra business, so we'd love a way to integrate directly with their Telstra PBX through the API we've built.
We require the following data:
Which Telstra API product would give us this info?

Must be one of 'incoming', 'answered', 'ended', 'missed'
from
the originating phone number of the call in e164 format
updating_call_status
required to be present and value of 'true' when updating a call. Does not need to be present when recording the first call event for a new call.
call_answered_at
must be in 'yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss' format in UTC
call_ended_at
must be in 'yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss' format in UTC
to
the phone number or extension number the call was/will be answered by. May be used in the future to separate out calls per phone in busy reception

Unfortunately, a product/API with these functionalities does not exist today within Telstra. If there is a business use case, we will develop this in future.

Are there any API products where we'd be able to get webhooks from Telstra for new calls and ideally also for call events such as call answered or ended?
