Thanks for sharing your experience with our API Documentation. Which API in particular are you referring to?
The TelstraDev team is actively working on a new and improved Documentation Experience for the Messaging API that includes clearer error responses, specific tutorials and a product overview. We hope to launch this for our developers in the near future.

I requested the password reset again today. It arrived under 3hrs ago and says it lasts for a day.
Trying to use it says it is already expired:
You have tried to use a one-time login link that has expired. Please request a new one using the form below.
Disappointing that a problem reported over a year ago has still not been addressed.
Not surprising, it is Telstra after all, not known for being responsive to customer concerns.
Telstra is very good at promising, shame they have no desire to deliver. With the resources available to a multi-billion dollar company, there is simply no reasonable excuse other than apathy towards customers.

Sorry to hear that reset password link is not working. Could you please send us an email to telstradev@team.telstra.com with your Telstra ID details along with screenshot of the one-time login link and the error please.

Thanks for your email Mark. From the email understand that the TelstraDev has sent this email and the email says link stay active for a day but in reality it is not.
I have raised an internal issue to firstly understand the validity of the link and finally update our email notification to be accurate on link validity.
