Missed reply messages

I am doing tests of sending and receiving common text messages from the API and responding with my personal phone, but some responses are lost (1 lost every 3 response messages), that is, the API does not send the notification to the URL.

Is this because i'm on a trial account?

Hi Gabriel,

Free Trial app has the same functionality for sending and receiving a message.  Have you tried using any other notifyURL address to confirm that the responses indeed are lost?

My url works, it receives the responses, only in some cases, it does not receive anything.

I was thinking that maybe it is because the token expires.

Do you think this is possible?

Not possible, the inbound sms does not require active session only sending sms need an active session. Can you please share payload details to check for any other issue?
