Order API now supports ordering of Managed Lease Line (MLL) point-to-aggregate services, with customers able to submit the order partially through Patch endpoints.
Enhancements to the prospect to order journey via the Order API now enables provisioning of MLL Pt-Agg services directly into the IDEAL platform. This will reduce the manual overhead for clean ticket of work processing and the order provisioning turnaround from 5 days to approximately 30 minutes.
