We continue to grow our API library as part of our digitisation program of work by releasing our newest addition, the Product Offering Qualification API.

The Product Offering Qualification API is a pre-Quote SEP (Site Enablement Price) qualification designed in alignment with the industry standard TM Forum (TMF679) specification. It can be on-boarded as part of your pre-sales quote to order journey and will replace the Wideband Feasibility API.

Quote API now includes Ethernet Access Fibre quoting with Mobile Rapid Activation and Mobile Backup.

Online in no time, Rapid Activation and Backup delivers an interim Ethernet Access service using the Wholesale part of the Telstra Mobile Network while the Ethernet Access Fibre is being installed. Once the Ethernet Access Fibre is installed, the Mobile access becomes a backup.

As part of our TW Hub enhancements, we’re now providing Planned and Unplanned Network Outages in both count, list and detailed views. You can pull this information directly into your own systems by building to the Outages Detail API. Also take advantage of the existing Planned & Unplanned outage at the Service level or Mass Outage information.

The Diagnostics API has been updated to include the schematic diagrams that have historically been available in MyNetworks and now available in TW Hub. These schematic diagrams are also updated when running the following tests: port status, service connectivity test, check active link. We've added Start Throughput test as an additional test to the Wideband Diagnostics suite. Diagnostic results can also be pulled via the Notifications function within the Diagnostic API

Address Search API includes address search using geolocation latitude and longitude co-ordinate inputs and address auto-complete capability:

• POST co-ordinates: retrieves addresses within defined radius of requested latitude and longitude.
• GET search?query: Address auto-complete API retrieves list of address based on the keyword entered in the search field.

We've cut TW Ethernet Access quote time and improved visibility of Telstra Wholesale network services available at our customer's address.  The Quote API now provides significantly faster results, delivers faster site qualification and deeper information on the GREEN options available.  TW Customers can now receive their results in under 50 seconds for Site Enablement Price (SEP) on Ethernet Access, Fibre services.  That's a significant improvement from 18 minutes available under the previous service.
 

Attachments API allows you to upload files in support of your tickets raised via the Ticket Management API.

Ticket Management API has been launched to cater for multiple ticket types allowing you to manage all aspects of a ticket from initial creation, updates, query & closure. The API will allow you to link Attachments & Diagnostic Tests

Service Inventory provides a comprehensive overview of any given service.

Outage Details API has been updated to include Copper, NBN & Planned & Unplanned Outages. Historical Outages will be available for 7 days post closure.
