Order API now enhanced for Ethernet Access (EA) point-to-aggregate services, with customers able to submit the order partially through Patch endpoints that enables provisioning directly into the intenal systems. This will reduce the manual overhead for clean ticket of work processing and the order provisioning turnaround from 5 days to approximately 30 minutes.

Attachment API is designed to store, retrieve, update and delete attachments. It now supports the upload of clean ticket of work artefacts for Order API submission including CTOW, NBN POI (Point of Interconnect), Site Plan, Photos, Other etc.
Customers can now quote for 4 and 5 year contract terms on their Ethernet Access (EA) and Managed Leased Lines - Ethernet (MLL-E) services.
